Schlotzsky's sent broccoli cheese soup and an original (no extra meat) with lettuce and the bread was wet and soggy as if it had been sitting there for a while. This store is awful! I LOVE the Schlotzsky's brand, but the Kaufman store just can't seem to get it right! Doesn't matter if I go through the drive through or DD, my order is rarely correct and the bread lacks the quality that Schlotzsky's used to be known for.

All 4 of the Sonic Sonic Blast® that I ordered were short at least an inch of ice cream. It's basically a size small portion put into a medium cup. 😕 I've never had this happen before to all of them, maybe one or two of them were short but not all of them.
