"I had been wanting to order from here but I was skeptical because it seemed priced too reasonably and I never been there before. The #12. BBQ STACK BURGER (ANGUS BEEF PATTY,BACON,ONION RING,SMOKED GOUDA CHEESE,LETTUCE,TOMATO, BBQ SAUCE) was great it tasted like a nice home cooked burger. The fries were crispy and delicious also. My favorite burger spot now."
"The food doesn't quite look the way it does in the photos - which is a bit disappointing as Cali Stack Burgers is really the only place I know of where the food looks as good as it does in their pictures. Both the ONION RINGS and #19. CHICKEN TENDERS(5 PCS CRISPY CHICKEN TENDERS) appear to have been left in the fryer or oven too long, because they're looking more burnt than edible. The #19. CHICKEN TENDERS(5 PCS CRISPY CHICKEN TENDERS) look like the runty little pieces you find at the bottom of the store bought Foster Farms bag after you've gone through the bigger, fuller chicken strips. But how do they taste? Well, some of the chicken strips were actually pretty juicy and they were great! Unfortunately, not all of them were like that, and some tasted as dry as they looked. As for the ONION RINGS ... well, they definitely taste like they look, dry and crunchy. Again, not sure if it was the way they were cooked, maybe they used a different batter, but they're not as great as they usually are. Perhaps I'm just confused, but I could've sworn that CSB's onion rings were beer-battered and had that smoother texture to them like the O-rings they'd sell at the old Lakeside Café across the street from Allie's FedEx & Knickknack store (and I think maybe Denny's too?), instead of the way they make them at Jack in the Box, Sonic, and similar drive-thru places. The beer-battered version is how I prefer my onion rings, and usually CSB knocks it out of the park... but unfortunately, not this time.
Overall, I consider these to be nitpicks and not a hard and definitive "bad review". I still believe this restaurant is an overall hidden gem and worth eating at."

The grilled cheese and burger tasted delicious. Soda was properly carbonated and not watered down. I just couldn't save the fries. I need the ketchup but easy solve. "My friend and I split both the Cheeseburger* and HOT Chicken Sandwich*.
First, the packaging and presentation of the food were solid. The fries were delicious and crispy; I’m glad there are still places that won't charge you extra for fries with your meal. The Cheeseburger* was tasty and savory, with a generous amount of ingredients and sauces.
However, the HOT Chicken Sandwich* was mild. Not hot at all, but moist and crunchy. The slaw could have used more vinegar or lemon, and the chicken, though cooked well, needed some more salt and heat.

Chicken tenders were burnt, Fries were mid, vanilla shake was more milk than ice cream. Sorry, but this was over priced and underperformed. Definitely would not recommend."

"chopped cheese burger fries are like a taste of home style hash my Mama used to make with hamburger diced potatoes , onions and leftover pot roast. I teared up when I smelled it, but cried when I tasted it . They may use similar seasoning my Mama used but it is a truly delicious and comforting meal . The Angus hamburger chopped up over the hot fries. "Janna's food is wonderful and addictive. I have been looking at the Salt and Pepper Crispy Wings and fries Basket for awhile on their menu and decided today was the day. I was not let down the right amount of pepper , such a crispy crunchy skin and juicy and tender well done meat on the inside. It brought tears to my eyes 🥹.It reminded me of my late mama & late big sister's fried chicken wings. The cole slaw is good the fries arrive hot and crispy and the homemade ranch is popping.
