Nice big slices of beef, mounds of slurpable noodles, green onions, and a boiled egg half in a dark beef broth in what we old-timers would call a "Jethro bowl". It is a full meal. Perfect for a chilly day. It was so filling that I am forced to save my dumplings for tomorrow. Fortunately, they were delivered in containers with good lids. I will say that they are definitely fluffy dumplings. They looked and smelled incredible. All-in-all, this is straight-up comfort food. Absolutely recommend!"
