"Donair stuffed crust is so good!"
"RIPOFF!! Very disappointed with the lack if topings on both the Italian Oven Sub® and BBQ Chicken Oven Sub®. On the full size sub there was maybe 2 pieces of salami and pepperoni, 2 slices o mushrooms, and a couple of very thin slices of green pepper. Probably 2 table spoons of cheese. not enough to do 1/4 of the Italian Oven Sub®. I paid over $15 for a baguette. Why you so stingy with the toppings Greco? Seriously! If business is that bad just close up shop! Disgraceful!"

"Got some garlic fingers with donair meat, this is a favourite order of mine from Sam's in Stellarton so I wanted to give the Bedford location a chance. This was nothing short of disgusting! They were loaded with grease, donair meat was bland (nothing like other locations) and the bacon pieces were literally bacon bits.. like the crunchy cheap ones you get in a cheap ceasar salad. Picture was also taken after I got rid of some grease with paper towel, it was sopping.."

I think they have the best donair and sauce on this side of the harbour. Honestly, I've never had anything I didn't like off their menu."
"Leo's Pizzeria has to be the best pizza spot in this dang province. They've got drool-worthy donairs (no skimping on the meat here, folks), fantastic pizza (I'm picky with 'za sauce and Leo's is...how the kids say - *chefs kiss*), the BEST donair sauce, and beyond incredible service...
Leo's has the cleanest kitchen and prep area known to man (no joke), provide a magical level of consistency from order-to-order, and there's always someone ready to greet you (usually many "someones"! haha) no matter how busy they are.
My now-husband introduced me to Leo's six years ago and we've spent a looot of time singing Leo's praises over the years... Might as well say they're the "official restaurant of our relationship". 😂😂 I'll speak for both of us by saying we're eternally grateful for the good (so good 🤤) food, great prices, and the friendly faces. ❤️"

"One of the best pizza place in Halifax . Must Try Everyone. They were busy last night but they didn't compromise with taste."
"My 1st time ordering from here, and overall, I'd have to say it was slightly below average. My garlic fingers lacked donair sauce and they forgot to make them, as well, so my order was late. They lack proper sauces to go with their non-south Asian inspired pizzas, which is a serious mistake, in my opinion, particularly in the heavily saturated Halifax pizza Market.
the pizza was good. They didn't skimp on the cheese and everything tasted fresh. I am undecided about repeat business, but I won't count them out. That said, they're not front-of-mind when thinking of Pizza, either.

"Love their Chicken Caesar Wraps, and their French Fries aren't so bad either! 😋 Fries were still hot and crispy when they arrived at my door! Portion size is pretty decent for the price too! Although, the sizes in the Chicken wraps I have noticed, isn't always consistant. Some I've ordered that have been really big and stuffed full, while others have not been as full. "I try a lot of Donairs around town, and I was very impressed with KOD Medium Donair. The meat was fresh, spicy, and cut thin, just how I like it. The Pita bread was warm and soft. So many restaurants get the Pita wrong, and it ends up hard and inedible, but this one was perfect. The 9 Garlic Fingers had lots of cheese and garlic spread, as I asked them to add a little extra. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely order here again in the future. Thanks, KOD team! If I had to complain about something, I'd have to say that the donair sauce was a bit too thick but still delicious."
"If you think the price of the donair is too much, consider the fact it's like buying two meals. You'll be stuffed by the time you finish it! All ingredients were fresh and flavourful. Only thing is the amount of grease left on the pita is a little off putting, like a swimming pool on the pita. "

"this place always makes me happiest. it's one of the few places I know where if I ask for extra sauce they give me extra sauce. I tried their Fried Chicken for the first time tonight I I was expecting a bone-in chicken and I honestly didn't know that this came with french fries and a little thing of gravy so I was pleasantly surprised.
the Extra Piece Chicken was tender. I still would have rathered bone in, but it was still good.
One Choice (Medium) was great
Donair (Small) was also great."

"I have been waiting to find the best pizza in Halifax and this could be it. I had the hallumi Grilled Halloumi Salad and Funghi pizza. Both were amazing and the first time in a while.I did not feel like I was wasting my money by ordering food online. The salad was delicious and on par with the best halloumi I have had. The pizza was perfectly done (Maybe not as chewy as I prefer) but the best real Italian pizza I have found so far in north end"
"The Two Wood Fire Pizza's with two beverages for $47 and Prosciutto Rucola were delicious and we would order those again, but was very disappointed with the Chef Signature pasta. $34 for a pasta that only had 4 pieces of overcooked shrimp and scallops."

"It's really the best pizza in Halifax these days since Joelle and Mike took over last year!!!The prices are great and the food is always top quality with very fresh ingredients. Plus the owners are so kind to the community. I ordered the Santorini (olive oil base instead of tomato sauce) and it is PHENOMENAL! I highly recommend this one if you are looking for something bright, zesty and fresh that won't make you feel heavy after. I am gobbling it with one hand while typing this review with the other."
"It tasted great and was a good size six slices. The quality of the ingredients coincides with the pricing. I would order it again. I would prefer if the box was taped closed personally but that would be my only suggestion. Thanks!"

Everything else, including the brownie itself were DELICIOUS and I will definitely be a repeat customer! "
"onions too big and too raw for the chicken alfredo. on top of that, too little sauce to mask them. very unappetizing and was nauseating for my partner. the bread was great. packaging was fine. just the onions and sauce ruined the dish."

"the best Pizza in the city. I love the , crust and the sauce and there's always lots of toppings on the pizza. just the best. I recommend a 5 topping with salami, pepperoni, bacon, red onion and green pepper"
"an 8.5/10 heavy hitter of a pie
Pros: Covered in that cheese that makes your teeth squeak, plenty of sauce that seemed to almost squirt onto your tongue after a bite, keeping the moisture level where it needed to be and wasn't a strong acidic sauce so it didn't overpower but enhanced the overall flavor. Decent crust that stood up and didn't make a mess by flooping around the topping stayed intact and the entire crust was able to be eaten as is.
Cons: Should have seen a bit more bacon on it. A dissaointing 7/10 toppings to crust ratio which is barely acceptable. This is just preference but I'd have liked the crust to be a couple of mm thicker and and cooked maybe 2 mm thicker.
All in all it was a well done pie deserving to be enjoyed and showed that it is worth revisiting again in the future for another enjoyable evening 8.5/10 Thank You to all involved that played a part in getting this to me here tonight."
