"So many restraunts these days serve bland gravy and flavorless potatoes with their breakfast plates. These folks do not fall into this trap. The potatoes included onions and peppers, which were balanced and not overwhelming; thet were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The flavors were balanced and delicious.
