I can never know when my items will arrive because there's no tracking from Insomnia Cookies or DoorDash when you use DoorDash. Sometimes orders arrive much later after the scheduled time, so I can't plan to meet my delivery driver at a specific time. This time, it never arrived (I did get a refund, though and both DoorDash and Insomnia Cookies provided excellent help). It consisted of bland chopped chicken pieces some kind of shredded cheese, cheddar I would assume, on a flour tortilla. That's it. It was as if it were ordered from the children's menu.
And lastly the main event. The one thing every diner, eatery, greasy spoon, and local restaurant can nail in their sleep. The Deluxe St. Louis Burger. I t was just "ho-hum" and exceedingly average. This sandwich of sadness had less flavor than a glass of room temperature cucumber water. Definitely the least tasty burger in the DMV. This entire experience was as underwhelming as lap dance at a monastery. I expected more from a place with normally outstanding food and delicious desserts. This was a stunning disappointment to say the least."
