"First time ordering from this place and I'm so happy I gave them a try. I really enjoyed my Rock Cod Sandwich with homemade chips and my Guinness Chocolate Cake. Everything was extremely fresh and you could see the attention to detail everywhere - including the fresh slaw on the sandwich, the housemade pickles, and the very fresh bread. Same with the dessert - as soon as I opened the package it was so obvious how fresh it was just from the appearance and aroma. Also I had to mention how extremely generous the portions are! At the time of this review (3/31/26) it feels like everyone is cutting portions and jacking prices everywhere, but this place did just the opposite - tons of chips with the sandwich, they didn't skimp on the fish serving itself, and the cake serving as HUGE. "Recently, Cheesecake Factory has definitely lost the plot on both quantity and quality (for context, I've ordered from them the last 3 weekends in a row). Today, they used old tortilla chips as the base for my Factory Nachos and most of them were inedible as they were soaked in oil and/or too hard to eat and the portion was half of what it normally is (it's my fav dish and I've eaten it many tips both onsite and delivery). On my Caesar Salad , they omitted the croutons. The Street Corn had a lot of burnt portions. Finally - they sent butter, but omitted my complimentary bread. These items, plus the Brownie Crunch Choc-a-Lot Cheesecake cost me a total of $74.80 (before tip - and all of it was vegetarian, no meat added). It's really gotten out of hand and tells me I need to take a break from ordering from them.
As a footnote - last weekend I had the Spinach-Artichoke Dip and the amount received was a joke - it was literally just enough for 4 or 5 tortillas chips - for $20.50!!!!!"

The quality of food is great but, I've noticed changes recently that make me less inclined to come back- the portion of meat on the chicken plate was halved from previous orders, they've removed the ability to replace the salad with more rice, and the rice seems to have been switched out for a different less flavorful version since my previous orders. It used to be a great deal if you ordered during the happy hour, but I haven't seen that option in a while either. I don't appreciate the trend of lowering value and keeping the prices high."

"I just got donut holes and coffee. The 13 donut holes were served in a box not a bag like other stores so they didn't get smushed! The coffee is an old school Bunn pot that you pour yourself. So just be careful! At the time there was NO MARKUP on my pick up order unlike other stores. I couldn't believe it. But now they may have just added one :("
