The ridiculously late orders for pickup and delivery , and the chaotic dining in experience service wise, were always made up for by the quality of the food. No longer. Now you pay astronomical prices for all of the lack above. The fish in my last three orders (two pickup and one delivery) has been discolored and even with a slight smell. At the gas station sushi this is expected . Not for these prices . A huge disappointment . Not to mention if you order delivery, good luck getting it. The driver sits around waiting for the order for at least a half an hour over the estimated time without fail. Often is forced to leave and then you wait another extra amount of time . The place is surviving on old momentum and reputation and doing absolutely nothing to improve or even maintain its quality - except for continuing to raise prices . "

"I ordered the CAESAR SALAD w griled chicken and an extra pc of chicken, The salad was really fresh and it was a nice sized. But there were a few thiis they could do better.
1. It comes w a single 2oz (dipping cup) size of dressing, it costs an extra $0.94 per additional cup. To make it worse, they all were just barely half full.
2. The bag of croutons had maybe a dozen in the bag.
These are little things, but when it comes to such a simple basic salad, it makes a difference.
The CHEESE CURDS were great, and the way they were packed allowed them to stay warm, even while my Dasher had to drive thru a snow storm, and the order sat in a cold drop off spot for an additional 15 or so minutes.
Overall everything was delicious.
(My apologies for not including pictures, I completely forgot to take them.)
PS: I considered making this public. But being in the restaurant biz myself, I feel this is just constructive criticism, not a complaint to deter customers."

"This is one of the best meals I've had in a LONG time. Ohhhh yeah, we've got a winner here. Hubs got the seafood marechiaro and it came with the pasta in a separate container. The marechiaro itself is like a cioppino...and is delicious. He's eating it like that and saving the pasta for separately. I had some and the sauce is absolutely delicious. The lobster ravioli is excellent-LOT of lobster and again with a really good sauce that highlights the ravioli, doesn't drown it out.
The baked clams are garlicky but not overwhelming so and the rustic bread has a delicious crust and is holding up really well to dipping in the sauces. We could make a meal of the bread and sauces alone.
There is a LOT of food for reasonable prices. Hubs is the "I'm hungry and in the mood for X type of food" type of person, not at all a foodie and he hasn't stopped raving about it.
