I also really like their Chashu. I tried the Fatty Pork but it seems to be pretty much the same as the Chashu for me but maybe a little less seasoned. It's the best flavored chashu I have had. The Chashu Regular Rice Bowl is one of my sons favorites. it comes with a side of salad with an amazing ginger dressing and I usually ask for extra dressing because I like to mix it and the salad in with rice.
