The nacho supreme we received was very stale - the chips were very chewy. The cheese was blistered and brown like it had been baked, but underneath that intial top layer none of the cheese was melted at all. The cheese on the meatball sub was not melted entirely either.
The cheese pizza (for our kids) and garlic cheese bread were just fine.
This is the second or third similar experience we've had, and I think it may be a bit before we order from them again. "
