"I went early only to find that if I had just entered the line I would have had my order almost right away. The people working the line were getting through order in no time but finally at about 5:05 I was told by an employee that as my order was not due to be completed until 5:20 it would not be done until then. The white rice was completely out and they told me there would be no more so I my brown rice . The chicken was not hot it was lukewarm. This was very disappointing. The amount of chicken was shocking as it was very very little compared to other Chipotle's. This used to be my go to Chipotle but it has just gone downhill. "Food was tasty. The problem was that I wanted to order a side of beans to make my son something different at home. In the menu options they have the option in the sides for either beans or rice but it does not dive the option to choose which one you want nor the option to add special accommodation. My husband picked up my order and upon arriving my husband checked to make sure everything was accurate in the bag and noticed they packed a side or rice. A few minutes after I sent the order, I got a DD call from the restaurant telling me that they had just ran out of Birria and if I'd like to change the order.
