It was the Sausage that threw me off. I never had such a fat breakfast Sausage! I had it in my mind that it couldn't taste good if it was that big! Was I wrong!! That is probably the best Sausage I've had in a long time. Perfectly seasoned and not spicy like other breakfast sausages. The country potatoes tasted as good as they look. Some were extra crispy and others were on the softly fried side so it was the perfect blend of fried potatoes. The scrambled eggs were perfect also. Not over cooked but yet not undercooked. "I've been seeing these folks post on social media so I decided to give them a whirl (lol). I had the Chicken Caprese Panini and it was delicious! The bread stays crisp for a nice crunch and and all of the toppings compliment each other so well. I also got the Pasta Salad which was a pleasant mixture of rotini, tomatoes, corn and black beans which was also fantastic. You can tell they are pouring their entire heart and soul into their food. 20/10 I will be ordering from here again. It was so filling and I feel like I've done my body a favor with their food."
