"The El Mañanero Combo was pretty good. The egg on the burrito was fluffy and the potatoes were soft. It was a filling burrito, delicious even: I got mine with a Dr. Pepper and chips con queso.
I subtracted a star for the queso. It came in a Taco Bell size nacho cheese cup. When I opened it, the cheese appeared separated from the liquid and had a slight yellow tint on the top. I would've mixed it, except the whole queso was runny as if I could drink it. I didn't want to take my chances. Your choice though! (Sorry in advance if it's made that way and I'm just skeptical)

"A burger that actually matched the menu picture! It was just as thick as the picture, and it filled (or even over-filled) the bun. There were plenty of mushroom and onions and cheese. the burgers were moist without being greasy. The fries were thick, warm, and plentiful. It all came in a box (instead of a bag and tissue paper) that kept everything warm and not smashed. Two small suggestions: two ketchup packets with those fries were not enough. Four would be enough, and five or six even better. Also, with a double burger, more mushrooms would make things even better. All in all, a very pleasant discovery. "I called in before ordering be of the mixed reviews both on here and google... the lady who answered was kind and patiently answered my questions. I took a chance and order because the customer service was very good. The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is because for $25 dollars per Tasso Kabrit (Fried Goat) it was a small amount of meat with a whole lo of Bannan and some salad... and even though the Tasso Kabrit (Fried Goat) tastes great for the price that a bit disappointing. Especially since the picture depicts a nice plate of Tasso Kabrit (Fried Goat). They sent lots of pikliz which I appreciate. The Marinade was not my favorite they are very fluffy or flavorful, but I really like the Akra it was fully of flavor and had a bit of spice. The Bannan is also very good as well as the Diri dyon dyon. The Pate Code (Fried Patie) is very delicious and very big, but be careful if you get chicken there are bones."

"These guys do it how its supposed to be done. Period. I already took some food out when I took these pictures but there were 4 drumsticks garnished with veggies including a few carrots for my Chicken order and it came with the diri kole, pasta salad and plantains. The first time I ordered from here, I had COVID and although vaccinated, was feeling extremely ill. I swear the curry chicken and ginger beer expedited my recovery. The spicy curry makes you feel healthy & the ginger beer (missing from DoorDash menu) helped a lot too. Its going to be my go-to meal whenever im sick.
I ordered again because they were out of the jerk chicken last time. The curry and jerk chicken are equally delicious, but very different. Jerk chicken is sweet and savory. Their jerk sauce is super delicious. The curry chicken is spicy. Bones in both so be carful :P
There's a generous portion of food. The mac was a little small for the price but overall, their prices are fantastic. And the mac is not bland.
I really appreciate how, as everything seems to get more, and more expensive, this restaurant keeps their great prices. This is the best value on DoorDash for me. "
