"This is the best Chinese food place in my area. My Honey Walnuts Shrimps 核桃虾（午） were huge! They were also de-tailed and clean as a whistle which unfortunately is not the norm at other places. And as a plus it was piled high on the plate with my fried rice. The Fried Crabmeat Cheese Wontons 云吞 are always crispy and stuffed full of filling. The Orange Chicken 陈皮鸡（午） is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy orange flavor and the chowmein we had was well seasoned. "Hush Puppies (5) weren't as big as they used to be but they were still very good. The Fried Mushrooms were much bigger than I expected and were fantastic. The clams were awesome. The only thing not awesome was the fish. While there were two pieces in each order they were very thin. So when they were battered and fried they ended up dried out instead of being light and flaky. They still tasted good but the Tugboat I remember had much thicker pieces of fish. For almost twenty dollars per Fish Combos this isn't worth it to be honest."

"Foods yum, this is solely about the packing of this meal deal. The Bigger Plate plate deal is great at only $2 more than the standard, but be aware that the 3rd entree item is going to be squeezed into a separate, tiny carry out container. Make sure it's something that'll fit without issue.
Example of why: I chose 2 mushroom chicken and 1 green bean chicken. The green beans are very long and took up so much room in that tiny box that it barely contained any chicken. The rest of the food was in a typical take out 3 or 4 section container, and could have fit the green bean chicken easy; but instead they loaded up the mushroom chicken in the main meal container. It would have made more sense to put a normal amount of mushroom chicken and green bean chicken in the meal, and the extra mushroom chicken on the side if they had to separate them. Anyway, the food tasted good and the dasher was quick. Just an FYI on the packaging of that 3rd item."

The patty's slivers of steak are visible. The steak is fresh, moist, and juicy, not salty.
Also, the charcoal smell is just right. It's not overpowering. It is not greasy.
I noticed the juice from the patty soaking the lettuce and making it soft.

The bun can use a slight improvement.
The price is reasonable or comparable with other burgers.
Then, for a change, they have a wide selection of sides. So I had tater tots with, I think, an aioli on the side. Tasted just right.
