I did get a refund thru the HELP, which misfired the first 12 times I tried to choose my order I needed help with, but finally went to the right page where I could pick what was wrong with my order. Minus 2 stars for the disappointment :( Door dash driver was nice."

"This was disappointing. Usually the pizza is fresh and delicious. This order tasted like a pizza they couldn't sell yesterday so they heated it up and delivered it. When I received the box, it was cool to the touch. When I opened it, the pizza was scrunched up on one side of the box. The first piece told the story: The cheese was rubbery and overcooked. It took forever to chew it up. The corners were practically stale.
This was an anomaly I know but I was thoroughly disappointed by this pizza. And at $25 dollars, it's even worse."
