"Tenders are always good and tasty!! The wrap was small with maybe 1-1.5 tenders in it. Best place around for boneless wings, if u pick them up, hands down..! Unfortunately, it's a 20 min drive to get to me so it takes a $8+ tip to get a dasher to pick it up and that's generally 30mins after it's been sitting at the store. If I could leave work to pick it up, I would, but I can't."

Portion size was accurately described, and certainly not skimpy. seems to lean on the side of generous. Despite coming from relatively far away (more than 5 miles with a stop in between) it arrived as fresh as I could ever want it - although i do like my food more on the warm rather than hot end of the scale. "Adding garlic noodles to the seafood boil puts it far on the salty side, and the eggs ended up more cooked than I’d prefer. A green yolk, which wasn't very exhilarating given that it was 5 dollars for two hard boiled eggs. HOWEVER the seafood was absolutely scrumptious! The flavors of the shrimp and crab paired with the Cajun seasoning were simply amazing, and the corn was just as delightful. Overall, I’d rate this meal a 6.5 out of 10, but the seasoning on the seafood was a perfect 10 out of 10!

"I usually LOVE chipotle. I have never had an issue until today. The burrito was messy, not wrapped properly and there was more sour cream and rice than any other ingredient. A veggie burrito with so little black beans I could count them is simply acceptable. I also ordered double wrapped and they were just stacked instead of using them to wrap it properly. Disappointed fo the first time from them. Driver was great though."
"Today was my first time ordering from this chipotle and let me just say that I am so disappointed. Based on the quality of my food, the employees are clearly careless. I ordered a large bag of $12 chips and queso and there were like 10 total chips in the bag (which were very salty by the way). My burrito was absolutely disgusting. The tortilla wrap was either insanely stale or overheated because I couldn't even chew it off. On top of that there were so many missing ingredients and they put an absurd amount of sour cream, which tasted disgusting. I felt like I was having a sour cream burrito. On top of that, I paid $4 for guac in the burrito and there was no guac. I can honestly say that I'm going to forever stick to the East Longmeadow location. I expected this location to be a lot better than the other locations considering that they just opened but unfortunately that is not the case. They pretty much just hired anybody and everybody and didn't even take the time to train them clearly just because they wanted to open up so quick."

There are more options available when you call them directly to put in an order.
