I couldn't find it at Otto's this time (but rest assured: they usually do have it and it's scrumptious), so I decided to look elsewhere. Well the other breakfast place didn't have it either, which brought me back to my preferred spot: Otto's. I was like "Do I want a Jumbo Gumbo Biscuit (Galleta gigante de Gumbo) ?" "For BREAKFAST?", my sister pondered. Yes, sister, FOR BREAKFAST! The biscuit at Otto's is very large and hearty, and the gumbo is velvety, somewhat smokey, and very meaty. I could say that it's BETTER than biscuits and sausage gravy, even! This is coming from somebody who lived half his life in Alabama: nobody does southern-style comfort food better than Otto's. Also decided to go ahead with Texas Style French Toast (Tostadas francesas) and its large slices of meaty bacon for a wonderful sweet treat. 5/5 breakfast! Even my sister was impressed!!"

This is my 5th + time ordering this! Plus the pecans add extra protein to the already protein packed chicken! I love the polenta fries soooo much, I've recently had weight loss surgery and can't eat really any a fried food so I take the coating off the polenta fries and they are perfection! Never once a stomach ache! I'll even eat them cold! The pecan crusted chicken has never upset my stomach either like most fried food, I don't know what they do different but they do it well! The ONLY problem I have with this food is, after having gastric bypass, I have to eat very slowly or I can hurt myself, and this food is so good, I just want to dive right in!

The eggplant parm had huge uncooked chunks of eggplant, and the Cheese Stromboli was undercooked- the cheese in the enter still held up to its chopped mozz shape. I mean, COME ON, guys!
