There is an ample amount of avocado and tomato was nicely grilled & good English muffin. I gave 4 stars because the house made hollandaise needed a little more lemon or add a small wedge, I ended up adding my own. Also hash browns were standard, would be 5 stars if potatoes were fresh. Also ordered buttermilk pancakes, that were large and very good. I'll be back to get the Ube pancakes."
