The octopus flavor is mild and the sauces are a weird combination of sweet and savory that hits all the right taste buds. The star of the show was DEFINITELY the Tonkotsu Ramen though. they send the noodles and toppings separate from the broth which is nice if you're not planning to eat it right. The broth on its own is incredible. Kind of creamy and perfectly seasoned. I love the different array of toppings and chose to add pork to mine. "The Sidelines Chop-Chop salad was not worth the price. While The chicken is of high quality and good The pineapple was canned and while I think canned pineapple works well on pizza because it's warmed anyway, it didn't do much for the salad. I think it would be a lot better to have fresh pineapple to offset the sweetness of the dried cranberries with tanginess. There also wasn't very much lettuce and the cheese seemed to be feta and not blue cheese crumbles. Also the cucumber seemed to have been stored in a cold setting where maybe it almost got to freezing temperature because the texture of it was such. Tha tilapia was delicious, two large pieces of fish served over a huge bed of grilled fresh vegetables. It was accompanied with warm flour tortillas, a salad, Spanish rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, refried beans and salsa and chips. I also ordered the homemade chicken soup which I found tasty and satisfying. While the broth was very good and the vegetables in the soup were flavorful, the chicken was overcooked and dried out.
