"If you haven't had their biscuits before you have to try them. They are flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. You can peel them apart in layers. The Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit Sandwich is a great way to enjoy their biscuits. It's a lot of food for one sandwich. I like the egg, but I know some are not fond of the texture. They add a good layer of cheese, a piece of sausage, and the onion jam to complete the sandwich. I am not a huge fan of the onion jam, but that's just a personal preference. The Ham and Cheese Roll has the same flaky texture as the Pain au Chocolat. Both the cheese and ham are flavorful and add a good amount of saltiness to the flavor. Last, the Olive Ciabatta is amazing. It's head and shoulders above the olive breads you can pick up in the grocery stores. The large green olives are abundant, the crust is hard, but has some give, and the inside is soft. You can eat this plain and it's perfect, or top it with cheese, etc. Either way, it's really good. "
