"I ordered 301 Thai Fried Rice and Thai Iced Coffee for lunch. They were out of coffee, so I ended up subbing Thai Iced Tea, which was good and as I expected. The rice arrived with a complimentary egg roll and sauce as is the custom at other area restaurants during lunch, and the container was filled as completely as possible. The spices used (ordered Level 3) definitely gave it the characteristic flavor I'm used to, but it seemed like it might have contained soy sauce based on the color and flavor. It was fresh and high quality, containing cubed carrots, whole peas, chicken (optional), onion, and minimal egg. All in all it didn’t stand out as undeniably Thai to me based on the versions I've had elsewhere, but it was objectively excellent fried rice. Not greasy, not undercooked, not overcooked, no lumps or chunks, good ratio of vegetables to rice. I'm looking forward to trying their pineapple fried rice and the spicy basil version too. I'll be back."
