The other chicken felt old and 6 of the pieces were wings and the other 4 pieces were the rib bit with hardly any chicken on it. No thighs or drumsticks or breast pieces. Also my large chips were missing. Really disappointed as we can only get a treat every now and then and this was so disappointing and I lost money because I didn't get my full meal. Also lucky the potato and gravy was in a bag as it had leaked by it got home in the bag but that was something I just dealt with.

"first of for the ½ Chicken Salad pack. I picked the pasta salad and the egg salad in my pack. The chicken skin tasted good but the rest of the chicken was very dry. The chips was salted good but they was on the cold side and kind of hard feeling. The salad well the pasta one tasted like you was eating cooked pasta that had a dash of flavouring so no extra sauce with it just like cooked plan paster. The egg salad was good however i think i got just over a tablespoon of each salad in my pack so it wasn't enough to drown the dry chicken in.
The Pineapple Fritter - 1 Pc tasted good out of everything.

The curry puff pastry from this restaurant also was tough and was more like a thick dry samosa shortcrust style pastry. Maybe overcooked? Anyeay filling was not palitable and far too sweet, very little filling as well. The supermarket curry puffs which I have purchased once were much better flavour and pastry in comparison to thos,order from restaurant unfortunately.
Definitely recommend the Satay Chicken though. Not the other two dishes unfortunately. "

"oil tasted like it needed or close needing a change the coating tasted little burnt and the coating was really hard so pulled most off but the chicken was still moist it's saving grace. the fries were really light as you can see, 5 fries 5broken and potato ends, I have not had fries from RR before I usually order roast potatoes and they are always the best. Buttermilk Buttermilk Wings are always good and moist as usual but their coating was too hard to eat, so pulled off. the mash and gravy was hot but rest was warm. overall rather disappointing. the chicken meat only was moist and delivery was very quick. Moral to this review I will be ordering on RRApp and then I will at least get my bonus RR Loyalty points which might smooth my ruffled feathers."

This cafe once upon a time was high quality food with a good, decent meat to sauce ratio and worth the prices.
Unfortunately the cafe has gone downhill since I last ordered from them a couple of years ago and I am disappointed beyond words.
The Indian Lamb Curry tasted like beef madras, had NO potatoes in it at all and contained exactly 4 tiny bits of meat which was not even bite sized and resembling 1 normal cube piece of meat broken up into 4, With the container basically was just sauce and pieces of boquet garni spices.
I scooped out the tiny bits of meat a small amount of sauce and ate the entire container of rice where I normally would only ever eat half of the rice.
Absolutely this was a waste of money and not worth a quarter of what I payed for this curry!
No longer delicious The Curry Puffs are nothing like they used to be and this time I did not like them at all.
Satay Sticks were inedible and had an awful taste to the chicken, one bite was bad enough. Had some sort of taste that reminded me of detol. :(
