"My only complaint is that I ordered 2 Side of Ranch and 2 Side of Jalapeno Ranch and got 6 marinaras and 2 of what MIGHT be Side of Jalapeno Ranch but smells like vinegarette or something similar.. "I've had some good ice cream from other locations so I bit my tongue on the $10.00 price tag thinking that it'd be comparable. But for what was in the cup when it arrived - what a massive let down. First, the ice cream was incredibly melted when it arrived. I recognize that's the risk when you order delivery ice cream. Because of this, I didn't take a pic. However, the flavor is bland and 'toppings' were pathetic. Small and only one or two pieces of tiny brownie in mine and my boys order. My girl refused to eat her unicorn one because she thought it tasted wierd. She did eat the 2 or 3 marshmellows atleast. Over all - so so disappointing. When I know what is available from Sub Zero's competitors, I will gladly take my hard earned money there."

"The yogurt is generally pretty good except I strongly dislike the new oat milk flavors!!!!! 🤔 They're absolutely awful! 😝 I ordered the oat milk latte and after 1 spoonful, I threw out the entire container. I think it was a bad idea for TCBY to jump the oatmilk bandwagon!!! Also, I dislike the over sugary sorbets and the sugar free yogurts. They use Splenda in the NSA flavors which is such a passe artificial sweetener that's worse for the body than regular sugar!
Lastly, if you decide to call the store, you're out of luck. They never answer their phone. The voicemail option to leave a voicemail is a ruse. They never bother listening to any messages!
Caution when ordering delivery. TCBY always barely fills the containers adequately. I ordered a large size yogurt and it was less than 1/2 full. What a rip off!"
