"I've ordered from here so many times over the last 3 or 4 years, from different locations, and literally almost every time they don't put the pomegranate molasses sauce (the thing that makes it different from similar restaurants) on the wrap. I always order it on the side because of this, and sometimes they forget that too, even with me adding an order note asking them to please not forget it in the wrap, or on the side. Tonight's Shawarma Mix wraps didn't have the pomegranate sauce OR the garlic sauce (which they've forgotten once before). Those are listed ingredients, not extras. The meat was dry and chewy tonight, and the moisture in the wrap came from watery lettuce and tomatoes...some water dripped out of the wrap when I first picked it up. You can see in the photo that there's no sauce, a few limp wisps of lettuce, and about two pieces each of turnip and tomato. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I've finally had enough. How is it so difficult to put the same 5 ingredients in a wrap? I understand a place having an off night, but almost every single time?? I'm sadly not surprised their rating isn't very good because I'm sure I'm not the only one having this experience."

"I was pretty disappointed with this order. First, one of my items was canceled because it was out of stock. Because of that, the restaurant apparently had to remake my entire order, which delayed it by 25–30 minutes. I don’t really understand why they had to redo everything just to remove one appetizer.
As for the food, it really wasn’t worth the price. The pasta was $35 but the portion was small, the sauce barely had any flavor, and the texture of the pasta felt stale rather than al dente. The sliders were just average — the meat wasn’t great — but still priced high. Even the fries weren’t good, which is disappointing considering they’re a basic item.
