It's also moist and very hot (even with delivery) since it's made fresh to order, unlike some "fast food" chow mein that is dry from sitting. I really love the thin noodles because they are my favorite, but all of the Chinese restaurants in Tracy and nearby use udon type thick noodles for their chow mein. It's a very good value because the portion size is large...I attached a pic of the Chicken Chow Mein, but only after my husband had already eaten his fill straight from the box, so it doesn't really show how much they really pack it in full. I also attached a pic of the container (approximately 6"x4"x3") to help give a better idea of the amount of food you'll get. "Cold Stone is basically as good as your own recipe but if you're not in a creative mood they have so many options on their creations menu that anyone could find an ice cream/toppings combo to satisfy their sweet tooth. I was worried that it might arrive too melted since I ordered delivery but I paid the extra $2.99 to ensure that my order came directly to me without any other pickups or dropoffs and it was perfect consistency. So why only 3 stars? The first time I tried the Banana Caramel Crunch® (in store) they put such a small piece of banana and so little caramel or almonds that it just tasted like French vanilla. But since the recipe sounded so good i tried it again this time and paid for extra everything. I had the 'Gotta Have It' size to split with my husband and while he was eating his half first we noticed that every bit of toppings was on the top and sides leaving a center (equivalent to at least 1/2 the cup) that was solid plain vanilla. They didn't chop it up and mix it through which is the whole concept of the place. They didnt even start making it until my delivery driver arrived to pick it up so maybe they rushed it but that's no excuse. I'm very disappointed because its a rare occasion for me and I didn't get what I wanted. I used to get Cold Stone with my family at 2 other locations prior to moving here and this has never happened before. So I suggest skipping the delivery and order "in person" so they make it in front you and you can make adjustments on your ice cream if it isn't looking they way you want. So now I know why it survived the delivery without melting at all...because it had a solid center :(. This review is for the Tracy location only. "
