All in all I'd say the entrées were good, the sides we did receive could use some work, as could the packaging but there's no way to know if the order shifted in transit or if it was packaged poorly by the restaurant."

The hot wings, however, were awful. They tasted like they were boiled, then fried, then left out. They arrived room temp and floppy. They taste off like they're freezerburned or beyond their expiration date. You could tell they weren't freshly fried because there was no rigidity or crispiness to the skin. "I can only assume the lid for my order was put on the wrong bowl. My order is missing guacamole (which cost extra), extra chicken ($5 extra), and cheese. The bowl also had a full portion of lettuce which I didn't order. I ordered large chips and got a bag with an 'L' on it but is clearly a regular size. Overall I paid almost $10 extra to not get the meal I wanted."
