"This place has improved 100%, new owners, fresher food better sized portions as well, they serve real chicken finger instead of the tiny minuscule pieces old owners gave out that were smaller than a kids chicken nugget. They also have a value card purchase 10 luncheon meals get the next one for free. I highly recommend this place so glad to have a decent Chinese restaurant in the town of North Berwick.
