Burger cooked properly. Default Bun is horrible and should never be used. A small portion of the gyros was burned/overcooked and the portion of gyros was TINY and Extremely Stingy. It's more of a gimmick on this burger than a feature and could barely taste it. Overall OK. Needs better seasoning. Flavor is lacking. This item needs to be redesigned. Softer toasted bun, more gyros, and needs a better sauce. Then it'll be a winner. Otherwise this is just a plain 1/2 pounder and nothing special whatsoever.

Gangsters? Well they certainly robbed my Raspberry Spinach SALAD/WRAP of everything but spinach. $12 for a mostly spinach wrap. Goat cheese, craisins, granny smith apple, pine nuts... hardly? How much is an apple and some goat cheese? I always hesitated to eat here, now I know why they call themselves gangsters. Albeit the Churro and onion rings were decent, but nothing to write home about. I will certainly not be ordering from here again. Don't give your money to gangsters... though I suppose.. at least they are honest..

I love the food at culinary gangster!
 The meat was delicious, but there was just a ton of lettuce and a little bit of onion not what I expected it to be other things I've had off the menu were very good!
