I called regarding my doordash order and customer service was excellent. Lanzhou Flavoured Toppings on Dry Noodles 金城干拌面 was delicious with beef broth base and tomatoes and onions. would order this again. Tomato Flavoured Stir Fried Noodles 番茄炒面 was meh. the large pieces of onion were raw and spicy to chew. not my cup of tea.

I was excited to try braised beef noodles. But was left dissappointed. The beef nor the broth had any flavor. 90% of it was just noodles with hardly any beef.

The Braised Beef Noodles 红烧牛肉面 was amazing, broth was fantastic (and they give out plenty as well!), beef was soft and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked well. Not much to complain about.

I always seem to get the Braised Beef Noodles 红烧牛肉面 . I really enjoy them. The beef is a bit fatty, which for some is the point (fat = flavour). But it's easy enough to remove leaving large lean beef chunks. Very nice, if you are a carnivore.
