i am not satisfied with my order pajita and fries last night. grilled chicken has smelled sour and when i touch it looks slippery. also the cheese has smell...and fries is small pieces like the crumbs left over on the pan after you fry all the big pieces. even thou i order late night be sure it is satisfying thou. me and my son always ordered late night and we received food fresh. this is the first time i encountered like this...thank you

I ordered my breakfast meal and my pancakes were rock hard like my abs. The hash browns super grease and extra soggy. The eggs were pretty dry and flavorless. The bacon super thin and for what. Highly recommend not buying this at night :))

Sent it my Girl, but the drinks and shake did not come with any stickers to cover up anything that might go in the drinks. Overall, would order again.

Jack in the box never gets my orders correct. I ordered a Jumbo Jack® Cheeseburger and I was given a Junior Bacon. Also my fries were charred. Wont be buying from here anymore.

Smaller burgers for my girls were COLD fries were cold and such a small portion as well, only got broken curly fry bits . Ik this was the stores doing since my chicken sandwich was warmer and im close to the store as well . If that takes longer to make, Make smaller burgers after so everything can be equal temp smh
