The meatballs have amazing flavor. And the Mac and cheese is super creamy and delicious. I'd take this over subway or Jersey Mike's any day.

Half of our order was not delivered. A bowl of Mac and cheese was ordered and less than half the bowl was filled and the cheese sauce was curdled. This is not the first time this has happened with an order at this location. Communication from the store and or dasher would be appreciated and go a long way.

I got the half Italian and the chicken pot pie soup - the soup didn't come with the pot pie topping which is what makes its chicken pot pie soup instead of just regular chicken soup. The soup was overly salty and low quality. The bread on the sandwhich was chewy in the middle and burned on the edges and poor quality ingredients. I asked for mayo, Italian seasoning and oil on mine and only got mayo - barely edible. Thankfully I got chips which was the only saving grace. I decided to give this place a second chance as it's been years since I first ever got potbellies and it was bad then and just as bad now, no redemption. Go to literally any other sandwich shop.
