• 12/3/24I have been, and will continue to use doordash, but once in a while, I'm surprised by the service! Not Doordash, but the actual company that does the heavy lifting. Tonight was exceptional! I want to thank the team at the Billings KFC for the perfect Doordash experience! My order was perfect!...Let me gush a little over them...it was fresh, hot, even steaming when I received it! My order was complete. My order was timely. This Team even recognized that I ordered a bundle, and made sure I had EVERYTHING essential: utensils, plates, napkins. Great job and a very big "Thank You" for the exceptional experience tonight!

• 23/8/25Big and juicy chicken portions whenever I place my orders. Never had a dry piece. The Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo is my grandma's favorite, we order that every time. Food is fast, fresh and never disappointed. Thanks

• 17/2/25The food was good tasting but the serving sizes were 3 times smaller than they used to be. also for a 6 piece meal we received 1 plate 1 Silverware 1 butter and 1 honey and 1 napkin. No straws. Quite disappointed for the price.

Dunk It Bucket Combo the chicken is actually decent, I actually stopped eating KFC a long time ago because it had gotten so bad that I would get old chicken that was just nasty and I got fresh tenders with a very thin batter that was very good and it was ready within 5 minutes of me doing the order. wasn't impressed with the poppers but I've never really liked their mashed potatoes or gravy

• 8/6/23I hope tonight was just a bad night, normally the tenders are juicy and tender, tonight they were dry and tough. Normally the mac and cheese is creamy, tonight it was dried out. The tastes were there for both, they were just dried out.
