rice was a bit too chewy and a bit too greasy but awesome food I will definitely keep ordering from u guys thank you

Ive eaten Sakura Japan plenty of times and never I had to deal with "temperate issues" also for the money ipaid, idid have chicken but icounted maybe 3-4 shrimps. I did not enjoy my lunch today. It wasn't prepared up to par at all. The food wasnt hot enough nor was it enough and im on a time crunch at work, this definitely made a bit of an inconvenience to me today.

I ordered fried rice both trays have noodles also I ordered extra shrimp one has a nice amount the other has 8 pieces. I'm disappointed because i always order from Sarku and this has never happened smh.

Chicken was burnt tons of rice and no sauce no option to add sauce would have even paid if it was offered. Couldnt add instructions for sauce. Barely any veg.

The veggies that came with it were so tough to chew on, there wasn't a little thing of sauce on the outside of the container which usually is how I received sauce with this, and overall just no flavor throughout the whole meal.
