• 22/5/25Never again. Ordered beef burrito, added extra meat(pork) literally 20$ after the add extra meat cost,
All I got was burrito filled with a bunch of stuff, not meat, with a few pieces of pork.
The actual meat, beef, that was suppose to be in it to begin with, absolutely zero, none.
No chips or salsa with order like I thought Mexican restaurants do? With all to go orders. I called up there asked about chips and salsa with our to go order, she went from answering like they were open and she was ready to help to oh, well we are closed? Okay thats not what i asked. This was their last order of the night, and it got treated as such, zero care.
So I tell her well this cost more than if I called and placed the pickup order myself, so why wouldnt I get chips and salsa like a normal to go order? No response, well okay nevermind this was my first time ordering from you all and I guess my last. And she just says okay thank you have a CLICK. I hung up, like really? All chipper and happy about serving the wrong order and ripping me off? DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ON DOOR DASH, APPARENTLY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO USE DOOR DASH.
I placed my order a half hour before they even closed, so no excuses. Just poor customer service. I will be going up there when they are open and asking to speak with a manager on this experience, hopefully unlike the lady on the phone, he/she will actually care about making up for their mistakes, on a first time customer, first impressions are everything in the service/restaurant business.

• 22/6/23husband said the Macho Burrito was really good, the Quesa Birria Tacos for myself full of flavor, the kiddos got tacos and carne asada. huge portions very delicious

• 23/7/22Oh man! Wonderful beans and rice! The taco salad shell was FRESH, and the homemade tortillas are amazing. As if that wasn't enough; the chicken tamale was so delicious! Would recommend and we will be ordering again!
