My sandwich barely had any lettuce and did not have cucumbers. The lettuce that was on it was visibly old

It has been a while since I've ordered from this store due to sandwiches not being made right, bread being ridiculously hard, or them leaving half the order out. I'm not sure if they have new staff, but the last two times ordering our order has been great. Today's order even arrived in less than 20 minutes which never happens with this location. Typically our orders arrive anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour after ordering. Very pleasantly surprised and happy with today's order and the last.

Vito had mayo when it is not part of the normal sandwich order. The sandwich was also not labeled and packaged poorly.
