The brisket sandwich was good, but waiting for 20min for the sandwich was ridiculous. Sure wasn't freaky fast. Longest time I had to wait for a sandwich at JJ. I know it was noon-ish, so I understand.

This is the second time I ordered a sprite and the Sprite was bad. It has no syrup its only carbonated water

Ordered from this Jimmy johns on Friday then again on Monday. Never received my order even after it showed delivered (they do their own deliveries). They continue to ignore calls or disconnect the line. DoorDash tried calling them on my behalf and they did the same to them. Do not order from this establisment. Horrible customer service and will not order here again.
