The cookies are huge! I really enjoy with biscoff cookie and I liked the basic chocolate chip one but the strawberry cupcake one was awful. It's too sweet and really tart. The banana caramel is also yummy but it's not warm and gooey like the others.

Careless:( The cookie we were the most excited for isn't in there! We also asked for coconut cream in our soda and didn't get any:( we got the Oreo cookie and it was decent but really sweet and you can taste a lot of baking powder. The cookies were big and they seem fresh but I'm not sure. I don't think will order again from crumbl.

We ordered regular sized cookies and they gave us three tiny ones. The price is way too outrageous to not get what you ordered

One cookie was missing half of it, one looked like it was thrown together and the other was hard. Wouldn't order again

I don't understand the hype at all. Cookie size is appropriate for the price but they are very dense and covered in a very thick layer of a strange icing. I tried the strawberry, pumpkin and sugar cookies. Couldn't make it past 2 bites each definitely won't be returning
