Kopan has been a family favorite since it came to the area. Sushi is always phenomenal. Recently I tried the kimchi fried rice with beef and it was absolutely delicious. Korean comfort food.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The salmon roll is not as pictured, does not have salmon in top or cream cheese. It also did not have Nori. And was had the tiniest piece of salmon inside. Wish I would've taken a picture, but I had to step away for work and my daughter ate it before I was able to come back and take a picture of it.
The hot mama (I think that's what it was called) has the worst texture of filling. And the hot sauce is so overpowering. You'd think they would drizzle it on. No, it was lopped on. The shrimp fried rice was decent. Nothing to write home about. Could 100% make it better at home. & honestly even the frozen one you get at the store may be better.

GYOZA was barely stuffed and stuffing appeared to be glass noodles cut up(??). The texture was bizarre, the flavor was blan, and the filling was pitiful.
Sushi was Avocado Cucumber (8) - In my life, I think I've ordered this elsewhere maybe 20-30x. I'm familiar with what it should be. I've never run into issues with skimping on filling (probably because it's inexpensive avocado and cucumber). These rolls were 60% rice. Avocado was basically a schmear and barely there.
Super disappointed overall.

The pad Thai had no flavor or spice to it, the crab Rangoons were flat and no flavor as well. The sushi rolls were very small for the price and not much to them (Sunday Morning, Philly and Sweet Potato) The wings were decent and the Edamame was good. Won't be ordering from here again

I normally really like the food here, however today I wonder if they are under new management or hired a different chef. The Sushi was slime, the Kimbob fell apart putting it from their packaging to my plate. The gyoza were nothing like in the past and def not like pictured. Instead of 6 medium sized dumplings, they made 4 HUGE ones that could hardly fit in the tiny dipping cup provided. the biggest disappointment was the Bulgogi was flavorless, as if the meat was not marinated at all. I look for the bulgogi flavor and it only tasted like meat marinated in carrot and onions. So disappointing, I may not return.
