The Q Mochi Milk Shaved Ice came in a small sized the bowl. Same size as Hot Red Bean Soup Signature . I'm a regular and know the shaved iced size should be much bigger than their other desserts. The price is like double too. This is the first time seeing shave ice in such small to go bowl. Cant believe I paid that much for this portion.

I ordered the red bean soup with additional sesame ball! Where is the sesame ball?
And I noted that I didn't need taro balls, that's ok if you put it but where the sesame ball? And you charged for that.

I’ve ordered many times before, and the taste is still good. However, this time the order was wrong. I ordered the Red Bean Soup Combo B, but the dasher delivered plain red bean soup without any ingredients. DoorDash only refunded me $3. Another thing I’m not happy about is that your store doesn’t support DashPass.

The mochi balls in the Hot Red Bean Soup Signature tasted sour and seemed spoiled. Had to throw the whole dessert away. Really disappointing experience.

This place is always very very slow even when they're fully staff! The order took almost 45min to prepare when this is dessert, and some cold so it's not like you have to start making from scratch!
When I ordered in person there's always teen looking workers standing around the counter but aren't doing much! If you're going to order, give yourself at least an hour minimum for the food to be delivered!
