I was excited to get this for a celebration. It was missing the whip cream, cherries and bowls. When i called about it the manager said they only get a small description of what goes into it. All they need to do is look at the picture on their website. For $47 i expected to get the whole package.

Nothing wrong with the ice cream itself but the portion size was way less than any other location we've gone to.

The milkshake was super runny, like mostly milk with little ice cream

The milkshake was extremely liquidy. No thickness. Flavor was fine, but it did not have the consistency a milkshake should have. Just felt like I was drinking melted ice cream
