Pasty was well done but not burnt at all, moist but not soggy, firm but not crunchy (good for my teeth!). It was very good. Delivery was faster than expected by 10 minutes or so. This was a great first experience!

Beyond burnt I can knock it on the counter. Usually they are great. Not creamy just taste burnt.

Hot Beef Pasty Zero Flavor, Zero Enjoyment. If you like flavorless food, go for it.
