Best burgers we have had in quite a while! Better than 5 Guys, Whataburger, Mc Donald's, Tip Top, and Smash Burgers. We LOVE burgers and this is the first time I purchased anything from JCI Grill and I will be purchasing my burgers from there from now on as long as the food is so Delicious.

They followed instructions about Fritos on the side. Could've used a few more crackers, and there was very little cheese on the Frito pies, but they did get the extra onions, but shorted me on the cheese

The hot dogs was overcooked and too much on the rolls that made the buns too soggy and fell apart when I tried picking them up. the onion rings was just right, frozen lemonade was very good, I order from Coney Island often, this is my first complaint

For the first time, I was disappointed with JCI. The onion rings were so stale that they were unchewable. The fries and tots were cold and hard. The hot dogs were hot, but the buns were stale and hard like they had been microwaved.
