Cookies were excellent the first time we ordered from here they were soft and warm. Today they were burnt and cold. Very disappointing.

The Häagen-Dazs Cookies & Cream Ice Cream (14 ounce) was Frostbitten , OLD & tasted disgusting ! It was not fresh and a complete waste of money! I'm so mad I ordered this and I'll never order again! My Chocolate Chip Cookie was broken in half and chocolate was outside the box! I hope my DoorDash driver didn't go into my box and taste my food! I'm so disappointed and would like a refund!

If the cookies are diet and super thin they need to let somebody know I will to let somebody know I was not expecting a wafer a wafer. The cookies the cookies are big and practically see through flat. For $11 this is a travesty.

The cookies took a limg time to deliver and the cookies were old. I need a refund. I ended up ord To another place which was cheaper than what i paid.
