My first time ordering from here. Bouillabaisse is very tasty and nice proportion, my only complaint thr bread was very mushy. Would be nicer toasted, brushed with olive oil and put in foil to soak up the delicious broth

I really enjoyed the Beef Medallion and mashed potatoes with rich gravy. The Brussel Sprouts side dish was yummy with nicely roasted sprouts. For me this was a great choice and portions provided me two light meals. Will definitely order again.

The dishes at Bistro Central Parc have been fantastic with rich flavor during the few times I have dined in person in the last 10 years. For this order the flavors were all on point. I would note that the Oven Roasted Chicken didn't come with a quarter leg piece as described, but a piece of white breast meat. While it still tasty it was not a quarter leg by any means or right-sized portion. A suggestion on packaging would be to put the arugula salad and fresh tomatoes in separate container from the hot items.

My first time ordering from this place, and I look forward to my next one. The Beef Medallion was fall off the bone tender with just the right seasoning, sitting atop a mound of flavorful mashed potatoes. Ordered the Sautéed Spinach and it was very good nicely flavored and braised to perfection. Still warm when I received it.
