my first time ordering from 1911 Smoke House BBQ and they were absolutely amazing and met way above my expectations , the chicken was was juicy,tender and smoked to perfection with tons of flavor.. it has a great rub with a bit of spice but not anything out of control.Now for my ribs they were great as well lots of meat and cooked better than I'd imagined ,my sides Mac N cheese + candied yams were delicious. I'll be definitely ordering all the time now thanks to this yummy meal I highly recommend trying anything of there menu you won't be disappointed !

The Try a Try a Little Bit of Everything was phenomenal!! The brisket was a bit fatty but the flavor was so good, the chicken was amazing and the baked beans are the best around. Everything was so good and the portions are literally enough to feed 4. Will definitely order again!!

I haven't been to Smoke House to eat in years! I missed their food so bad! Everything was delicious. The chicken was tender, the mac and cheese taste like my Nana made it. I have nothing but good things to say about my meal!😊

I can't put my finger on it, but something was off with the food. It seemed fresh, but it wasn't. The brisket had a strange taste and odor. The chicken, once again, seemed fresh but tasted funny. I would not recommend ordering from here, which is a shame because I've had this food before at events where they catered, but the quality is not the same when ordered regularly.
