The Red Velvet Cake Slice was one of the best pieces of red vlvet cake ive ever had. Moist and delicious. Didn't taste like food dye, which I find to be a common problem with red velvet cake in general. The cream cheese icing was amazing as well

cake slice was significantly smaller than expected, and it just wasn't that good for $11.  

it seemed like they added excess sugar JUST to add excess sugar, and it was kind of.... 'slimy' for lack of a better word.  

i'll stick to making my own entire cake for 1/4 the price using alton brown's recipe

Wish I'd looked at the reviews first. I'm not sure why it says 4 stars when the majority of the reviews are 1 star. Honestly, Stop & Shop has better tasting cakes. You can tell it was frozen and unfortunately it just doesn't taste good. I love cake and couldn't finish this.

Horrible tasting frozen cake, wish I could go return them. We will end up trashing the slices. 
I would not recommend anyone ordering from here.

The cake slice comes pre-packaged and cold. It does not look nor taste like it is made fresh
