Best Chinese food in town! Sau teed String Bean 干煸四季豆 are always awesome. The Spicy Chicken 辣子鸡 is outrageously good. I found this dish in Philadelphia 5 years ago and I have been looking for a replacement. I didnt find a replacement, I got an upgrade! Tonight we tried the Stir Fried Lamb Skewers with Chili and Cumin Sauce 牙签羊 also outrageously good. Both are spicy so beware!

I never thought I'd be able to find something this authentic in NC but here we are! I've lived in LA and NYC and this keeps up, great spot. The Sesame Oil Cucumber 香油黄瓜 was amazing the Ma-Po Tofu 麻婆豆腐 was perfectly spicy and made my mouth numb (good) and the Sauteed String Bean 干煸四季豆 were a great combo with the Tofu. They gave me a metric ton of rice too! Great place.

Have been looking for a place with good mapo Ma-Po Tofu 麻婆豆腐 sincey favorite place closed down and I think I've found the new fave. Tofu was in perfect sized cubes and smothered in that delicious chili oil and Szechuan pepper sauce; spicy but not too much!
One thing I also appreciated: some dishes were packaged double if there was a chance it could leak - so no spills anywhere! (Especially helpful for the tofu and the soups!)
The Sesame Chicken 芝麻鸡 and Orange Beef 陈皮牛 were also fantastic - both nice and crispy but not too much, and the sesame sauce is the quintessential compliment to the crispy meat. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Yummy authentic Szechuan Chinese food like the ones up north. Best food ever. Tonight I had the Spicy Sauce Fish Filets 香辣鱼片 which comes with rice and it was hot and steamy when I got it. 10/10
Dan Dan noodles are good too

The spicy chicken is borderline inedible, the chicken itself is fine , but I dont understand how anyone can possibly withstand the spice/sauce they coat that dish in. It's also like 60% chilies and 40% chicken, I was not expecting to see a box filled with predominately chilies. Also, the sauce leaked all over the entire takeout bag, the other dish's box and the inside of the bag were drenched upon arrival. Lastly, the pineapple fried rice, left a lot to be desired. There was hardly any flavor. We'll try this place again, because it has top notch reviews, but the first impression was pretty awful
