1st time here, but It will NOT be my last.
Brisket was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The beans, potato salad, and Cord bread were all GREAT!!!! The portion(s) were all just the right amount, especially for the price! I defiantly recommend this place! Perfect Friday afternoon lunch!!!!

Have been searching for a go to BBQ place in the South Bay for years and can finally say we found it. The ribs are tender, flavorful, and have a great bark and smoke. I'm not usually a fan of brisket but this place has convinced me. Beautiful smoke ring, tender, and melt in your mouth. I'm a believer. Regarding price, you get a bang for your buck and even a bit more.

Amazing ribs and cowboy beans that arrived piping hot.  If Jackie's Place hadn't sent me a raw rib I'd never have known how good Mesquite and Oak's was.  They even included four containers of BBQ sauce that we didn't have to pay for (like Jackie's).  Needless to say we'll be going here for our BBQ food from now on.

that beef rib was insanely delicious
so tender and juicy, and incredibly flavorful
and massive 

the brisket was really nice too, enjoyed it with their BBQ sauce

Dino Beef Rib is big, juicy, tasty and not expensive. If you get 8pc Cornbread and some sides, it's enough for 3-4 hungry people. Will order it again.
