The rib dinner with okra and curly fries was fantastic. The fried okra tasted super fresh, the curly fries were still hot and not greasy. You could tell everything was cooked in new oil. I think it's the best ribs in the city.
I was nervous to order via doordash instead of pickup in person from reading other reviews, but since I was housebound, I had to and was very happy I did.

The carrot cake from Van's is the best in Oklahoma and really the USA! I apologize to my Great Aunt (she was a marvelous cook in Virginia) and hope this doesn't mar her rollover in her grave, this is the best cake I have ever tasted. I could eat this every day. Not only great tasting but the slices are huge portions. Can tell every ingredient is fresh and top notch. You are missing out if you are denying your tastebuds the pleasure of this cake! Order some now!

Another place that has fallen off with food quality. If you're in the market for burnt dried salty ribs, this is the place to find them. Even the slice of pecan pie tasted 10 days old! I used to Rib DinnerSlice Of Pecan Pie enjoy this place, but I guess this is where we part.

brisket okay, rest of sandwich was blah and wet. cake was so old and hard,I was totally shocked. certainly NOT like Van's in Norman. I've given this place 2 tries and was disappointed both times.

The food is very overpriced for what you get. Both the of the meals I ordered were over $20 each. The chicken was dry. I did like their BBQ sauce. However, their baked beans are watery and don't have much flavor.
