SO SO SO YUMMY my sub was nice and hot when I got it! Thank god!!!! And it was well seasoned and the cookie was soft and warm as well!!

Ordered a club sandwich I asked for no ham. It should've come with extra turkey. Since there was no ham. I added cheese, extra cheese, cucumbers, and the sandwich I got had a measly amount of turkey, one joke of a piece of a sliver of a tomato, no cucumbers, no cheese, no bacon.. so essentially some lettuce, a sliver of a tomato and a few pieces of turkey for $17 sandwich. Never again.

Good flavor but sub not toasted which made a very soggy sandwich and it fell apart. No care when putting it together this time. Usually they are better

Never ordering from there again. My Italian Grilled Chicken Salad literally had a plastic wrapper in it. The most disgusting thing ive ever had in my food, I dont even want to know what it was from. My wife's Firehouse Steak & Cheese® was also disappointing for her as she stated all the toppings were in one spot. At least the soup was ok... but it is not worth the subpar food.
